Leaders and HR professionals still need to find new talent and can take a proactive stand beyond survival to benefit from the opportunities this pandemic crisis is creating. However, the majority of hiring activities now have to be done remotely, which isn’t always an easy thing. In this seminar, you will learn how to adapt your recruiting and selection tools to replace your traditional hiring processes in a now remote setting.
More specifically, in this training, you will learn to:
Adapt your current selection process to a remote environment;
Optimize your phone interviews as pre-screening;
Prepare & lead effective videoconference interviews;
Design remote practices to replace in-person group interviews, physical tests, and others;
Remotely foster a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process.
