Nathalie-Michèle Sylvain (MSc, CHRP, ICF certified Coach) has accumulated years of experience both locally and internationally in Human Resources, Communication, Change and Talent Management.
For the last 20 years, she has been guiding organizations navigate the complexities of ever-evolving work environments through consulting, workshops, and executive coaching. She has lead seminars throughout Canada and abroad to help organizations take full advantage of their diversity, develop their talent, and sharpen the interpersonal abilities of managers to amplify their impact.
In addition to her work as consultant, Mrs. Sylvain is part of the McGill Executive Institute and a lecturer at McGill University where she specializes in leadership, talent development, change management, diversity, and organizational behaviour. Her dynamic and interactive workshops combine expertise and experience.
Nathalie-Michèle is a Canadian Certified Human Resource Professional and an International Coaching Federation certified coach. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Behaviour from the University of London, UK. She also holds a Certificate in Indigenous Canada through the University of Alberta.
